We are a husband and wife massage team, who graduated from the Utah College of Massage Therapy in 2004.
The 815 hour UCMT training provided us with expertise in many modalities, and an extensive knowledge of anatomy and physiology. The Colleges’ combination of both the science and the spiritual essence of massage gave us the foundation to become the holistic healers we are today.
Through a combination of skilled techniques, compassionate care, and evidence-based practices, we strive to address the root causes of pain, enhance mobility, and restore overall physical function, as well as to promote stress relief and relaxation.
We worked in spas in Park City, Utah and established our own out-call massage practice, working on hundreds of clients for 16 years before moving to California. We recently moved to Chico from Solvang and are excited to join the healing community at Chico Free Spirit and to offer you our services.
Sarah is originally from New Zealand and Allan from Australia and we have two children.
California Massage Therapy Council (CAMTC) is a non-profit organization established in 2009 to protect the public by certifying qualified massage professionals in California.
In order to be certified as a massage professional by CAMTC, an applicant must pass a background check that includes review by the California Department of Justice and FBI, and meet the educational standards established by California State Law.
A CMT - Certified Massage Therapist - must have 500 hours of approved education or 250 hours of approved education and passage of a CAMTC approved exam.
